Two-time Gagrin Cup-champion Sergei Konkov join Traktor Chelyabinsk

Traktor Chelyabinsk signed forward to one-year deal.

Sergei Konkov will play the upcoming season for Traktor. The forward will be under number 72.

General director of the Traktor Ice Hockey Club Boris Vidgof:
"Konkov is an experienced player who won the Gagarin Cup twice. Last season Konkov tailled 22 points in 62 games. He can play at any position in any situation in the game. We have a big group of young guys and we hope that they will develop faster when working with such a player."

In his last two KHL teams Sergei was a captain. The forward is the author of the fastest KHL hat-trick, it took Konkov 280 seconds to score three goals.
